Book is now available!

I'm happy to report that my book, Mechanisms of Harm: Medicine in the Time of Covid-19, is now on Amazon Kindle, with the print version expected to be available within a week or so. (I apologize if this is a repeat announcement for some of you. I’m still working on the notifications system.)

The Kindle version of Mechanisms contains live links in the Table of Contents that take you directly to any point of interest in the book, and also provides over 900 endnotes that link to articles, documents, interviews, press releases, video clips, and medical studies. 

You may, or may not, believe that the Covid-19 pandemic merited the response we gave. Either way, consideration should be given to what we were forced to do, and what was lost over the past four years – all under the banner of fighting a virus.
